Leadership in an intercultural environment
What truly is Leadership? There appear to be numerous kinds of leadership; Organizational leadership, personal leadership, inclusive leadership, situational leadership, female leadership… But what do all these kinds of leadership mean? More importantly, what do they mean to you? Do you see yourself as a leader? Do want to be a leader, or do you simply need to be a leader? What does it take to be an influential leader in our intercultural environment and what do you need to improve on?
Join us!
If you have asked yourself these questions at least once, then you are part of a group of many other women who do. Please join us as we introduce ourselves to likeminded women to discuss the topic of Leadership in an Intercultural Environment together. We will also assess your own leadership profile before the dinner meeting and use this ‘on the spot’ in order to inform, inspire and empower ourselves on our journey to become the leader we want to be.
